The temperature is dropping and heating season is upon us. With the expansion of Hydrotherm's KN product line and RBI's new Futera Fusion XLF, we've got some great new products. Talented new leadership on the engineering side of the business is bringing increased momentum to our R & D efforts. Let's get busy and make this a super successful fourth quarter!
As many of you already know, Hurricane Sandy is heading up the coast and a state of emergency for the entire commonwealth of Massachusetts has already been declared. The Massachusetts National Guard was activated on Saturday in advance of the hurricane taking landfall. While is it expected that Western MA will not receive a hurricane strength storm, it is highly likely that the duration of the storm will cause wide spread flooding and massive power outages in the area. We ask in advance for your patience in the event that we are not able to respond to your needs in our typical timely fashion. Hopefully, business will continue as usual, however, after the storm in October 2011, we are at a heightened awareness of just how devastating a storm can be.
For those of you who have already experienced the destruction of this storm, our thoughts are with you.
We are pleased to announce that we have expanded the 2012 Technical Service Seminar schedule to include three additional classes.
As many of you know, our first six classes scheduled for 2012 were completely booked with days of being announced. Class size is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis. These classes fill up fast so please do not delay registering!
