Available in 2,500-10,000 MBH, the Futera XLF has operating efficiencies up to 88% and turndown ratios of 5:1 for maximum energy optimization. The Futera XLF provides advanced, efficient boiler performance with unmatched outputs, all within a compact footprint unparalleled by any other boiler on the market, and units are backed by RBI’s reliability and serviceability.
The Futera XLF features integral HEATNET 3.0 boiler control software that is a boiler management system, capable of networking up to sixteen units without requiring any external boiler control panel. With such advanced performance in a small space, even older boiler systems can benefit from the addition of contemporary efficiency for existing heating or domestic hot water systems. For new construction, the Futera XLF provides a modular configuration with an output unmatched by today’s market.

The Turbo Pilot®
Reliability at its best the Futera Series independent Turbo Pilot system with UV detection is far more durable and reliable than any competitive ignition system available today. At 8,000 BTU’s the Turbo Pilot provides a sure-fire source for burner ignition while providing continuous performance feedback through the HEATNET control platform.
Symmetric Air/Fuel Coupling
RBI’s state-of-the-art air/fuel coupling combustion control system is instantly responsive and completely adaptable. This unique boiler combustion control system is designed to keep the Futera running safe, clean and efficient. The system reacts to changes in air and instantly compensates fuel supply by adjusting input to maintain a constant air/fuel mixture across the modulation range. The unique design of the air/fuel mixing system ensures a complete and consistent air/ fuel mixture to the burner which increase combustion efficiency and repeatability all while maintaining low emissions.
